Case Study
Hidden Lake
Completed: 2004
Location: South Lyon, MI
Project Type: Prestigious residential community entrance
Once no more than a gravel pit, this beautiful residential community brings together more than 400 prestigious homes and condominiums. The intent at Hidden Lake was to create an inviting environment where people can enjoy their community and interact with the natural setting. Old world architecture, garden elements, and details were used to create a stately and sophisticated entry. It was important to combine the elements of ponds and waterfalls to help define the entrance and introduce the elements of water. Together with the industry’s finest developers, architects, contractors, engineers, and skilled craftsmen, Great Oaks was able to bring the Hidden Lake to life: defining the neighborhood as a unique destination community.
