PHASE 1: Consultation & Analysis
At the initial meeting, our design team will ask questions to better understand your landscaping needs and guide our decisions throughout. Following that, the team will conduct a thorough site analysis to gather the data needed to create the best design for your space. This includes measuring the property, analyzing views within and outside the site, identifying the environmental conditions, and photographing the site

PHASE 2: Design & Budget
Our design team begins by creating a series of conceptual sketches tailored to your
vision and budget. From there, we present a preliminary concept plan and a cost
estimate. We also use digital renderings and 3D models to create immersive
landscapes that allow you to picture yourself in the space before we break ground.
Once the design is approved, you’ll work with our designers to select hardscape
materials, plants, and finishing details to make your project unique. If approvals or
permits are needed, we can handle that. We’ll submit all necessary applications and
will attend any review meeting on your behalf.
