The landscape design was created to complement the walkable town-center style environment while enhancing the visitor experience for shoppers, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The project includes streetscape landscaping, roundabout focal points, decorative planting beds, water features, and large-scale seasonal color displays that create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere throughout the development. Structured tree plantings, ornamental grasses, and perennial beds provide year-round visual interest while helping define pedestrian spaces and traffic corridors. The result is a dynamic retail landscape that blends architecture, public gathering spaces, and high-quality landscaping to create one of Southeast Michigan’s most recognizable shopping destinations.
