Great Oaks Landscape was commissioned to transform the landscape of an existing shopping center in Bloomfield Township, Michigan as part of a major site renovation. The original landscape had become overgrown and obstructed visibility to storefronts from the roadway, diminishing the shopping center’s presence and accessibility. The redesign focused on improving sightlines, simplifying the landscape structure, and aligning the site design with the updated building architecture. By removing dense vegetation, introducing structured planting terraces, and establishing a cohesive tree pattern throughout the property, the landscape now reinforces the center’s upscale identity while improving visibility for retailers and visitors. The result is a refined commercial landscape that enhances curb appeal, strengthens tenant presence, and creates a welcoming shopping environment.
